Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced MuleSoft Senior Developer to translate business requirements into scalable, secure APIs and integrations. You will lead technical work, guide teams, review code, and collaborate with clients through the full software lifecycle.

You’ll design APIs, implement MuleSoft components, and mentor junior developers while ensuring quality, security, and governance across projects. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with OAuth, JWT, TLS, API security, test automation, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and performance or reliability troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development with Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, DataWeave, REST/SOAP, connectors, and integration patterns.
• 3+ years implementing API-led connectivity with Anypoint API Manager, Runtime Manager, MUnits, Design Center, Exchange, and Anypoint Monitoring.
• 3+ years with Git, CI/CD, automated deployments, Agile delivery, and clear written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years deploying integrations on MuleSoft CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
• 6+ months experience with AI and GenAI tools for productivity and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations following API-led connectivity and enterprise standards.
• Implement System, Process, and Experience APIs using Anypoint Platform components.
• Create technical specifications and support architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests and ensure quality, security, and governance.
• Support CI/CD, releases, environment promotions, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, architects, Agile teams, and global delivery teams.
• Utilize AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development and validate AI-generated artifacts.
