You will handle on-call duties, triage incidents, and collaborate across development, infrastructure and release teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience including hands-on development.
• L3 production support for critical applications and middleware platforms.
• Proficient with Mule ESB, Oracle PL/SQL; DataStage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for critical applications and middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify recurring issues to support permanent fixes.
• Analyze application logs and monitoring data using Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar tools.
• Support production deployments, releases, patching, failover activities, upgrades, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, network, middleware, and release teams.
• Support applications on Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP/SFTP, load balancing, and traffic routing.
• Assist vulnerability remediation, platform upgrades, patching, and EOL remediation.
• Follow Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Risk, and Compliance processes.
• Keep operational documents, support procedures, troubleshooting guides up to date.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours production support as required.
• Improve monitoring and automate repetitive support activities.
