Job summary

BSI Financial Services is looking for a Senior Executive for Capital Markets and MSR Acquisition and Trading in Irving, Texas. This full-time role will oversee the acquisition of Mortgage Servicing Rights, developing and utilizing models for cash flow analysis and providing support to investment partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trading MSRs, hold a degree in finance, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. Qualifications

• Extensive experience trading and valuing MSRs across various markets.
• Experience managing and transacting on Agency co-issue platforms.
• Proficient with third-party software used to value MSRs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects related to the acquisition of Mortgage Servicing Rights.
• Develop and utilize cashflow models to support MSR acquisition.
• Provide analysis and support to business and investment partners.

Skills

Extensive knowledge and experience trading MSRs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel

Ability to effectively solve problems

Attention to detail and high accuracy

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other quantitative fields

Master’s degree preferred
