Job summary

Bluestone Search is seeking an Associate and/or VP for a Dallas-based middle office role focused on MSR and investor reporting within the residential mortgage secondary market. The position supports the Residential Credit and MSR business lines and requires strong data integrity and cash management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• 5+ years of secondary market mortgage experience (Resi Credit / MSR).
• Experience with QM/Non-QM, RPL/NPL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Residential Credit and MSR business.
• Perform loan reconciliations and cash management tasks.
• Oversee bulk and flow trade lifecycle activities.
• Ensure data integrity, validations and handle exceptions.
• Prepare investor reporting for mortgage products.

Our client, an Investment firm in Dallas, TX specializing in residential mortgage investments on the secondary market, is looking for an Associate and/or VP to work within middle office operations. This role will cover Investor Reporting and Investor Servicing, with a focus on MSR.
