Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bond trading, specifically focused on Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS).
In-depth knowledge of mortgage pipeline dynamics, fallout modeling, servicing values (MSRs), and TBA market mechanics.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily execution of MBS trading activities including TBA trading and specified pool creation.
Design and monitor comprehensive pipeline hedging strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of traders and analysts.
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams for accurate loan delivery.
Monitor economic indicators and adjust trading strategies proactively.
