Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bond trading, specifically focused on Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS).
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage pipeline dynamics, fallout modeling, servicing values (MSRs), and TBA market mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of MBS trading activities including TBA trading and specified pool creation.
• Design and monitor comprehensive pipeline hedging strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of traders and analysts.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams for accurate loan delivery.
• Monitor economic indicators and adjust trading strategies proactively.
