Bowman Williams is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join its MSP projects and escalations team in the DC Metro area. The role focuses on hands-on implementations, cloud migrations, and Tier 3 escalations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem environments.

You will lead project delivery, coordinate with clients and vendors, and provide senior technical guidance while working a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week and local WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MSP engineering experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure skills.
• Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience.
• Experience with firewalls, networks, and cloud migrations.
• Tier 3 troubleshooting and client escalation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on technical implementations and infrastructure projects.
• Execute Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud migrations.
• Implement and support Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and client environments.
• Support cybersecurity topics and security best practices.
