Job summary

FUSE3, a Sacramento-area MSP, seeks a Systems Administrator to provide complex technical support to our customers and manage IT projects from planning to rollout. Based in Fair Oaks, CA, you will lift, install, configure workstation arrangements, and mentor junior staff while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of troubleshooting and administration of Windows PCs, Server Hardware, and Server Operating Systems.
• 3–5 years of building, deploying, and troubleshooting networks and network hardware.
• Microsoft 365 administration including but not limited to Office, Intune, Entra ID.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V), backups, printing and faxing.
• Experience with ConnectWise, Sophos, VoIP; MSP experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Team player who can also work independently; on-call readiness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under desks; travel to surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical support to FUSE3 customers.
• Set up and configure individual network users.
• Assist in a variety of IT projects.
• Maintain accurate notes and time entries in ConnectWise.
• Perform network startup and shutdown procedures.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Research, recommend and implement new technology.
• Mentor less experienced technical staff.
