Job summary

DivergeIT is hiring a Dedicated Support Engineer in Bellevue, WA to serve as the trusted technical anchor for a key client environment. The role combines on-site and remote troubleshooting, escalating complex issues, and delivering measurable day-to-day value.

You’ll translate complex issues into clear guidance for end users, identify recurring problems, and contribute to continuous improvements while mentoring junior technicians in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support across Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1/Tier 2 issues.
• Provide on-site and remote support across Windows and Apple environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10/11, Office, 365 Admin, Azure Entra, Intune, and macOS.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support network connectivity, email, printers, and LOB apps.
• Collaborate with the client to understand their environment and identify issues.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Onboard new productivity and LOB apps; mentor junior technicians.
