Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Director of Networking & Security to build and scale enterprise networking and cybersecurity services across managed services and MSSP environments. You will lead global teams, drive transformation, and partner with executives to deliver secure, cost-optimized infrastructures.

The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a proven history of growing MSSP capabilities, delivering results in complex environments, and mentoring managers across global delivery.)

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior people leader managing large networking and security teams.
• Record of building, scaling, and transforming managed services and MSSP capabilities.
• Experience leading global delivery operations in MSP/MSSP environments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architectures and modern security frameworks.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale high-performance network and security teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance across networking and security services.
• Define infrastructure roadmaps and evolve managed services capabilities.
• Drive automation, standardization, and service delivery maturity.
• Engage with clients at executive levels and manage escalations.
• Lead LEAN process improvements and performance metrics.
