Job summary

Agiliant is seeking a Senior MSP Engineer to provide senior technical leadership across Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security for complex client projects.

The role reports to the Director of IT and partners with NOC, CSP, SOC/MDR, and delivery teams to drive architecture, scoping, BOM/SOW input, and implementation leadership while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. Fully remote within the U.S.; salary $120k-$140k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT engineering experience; MSP/consulting or large endpoint environments preferred.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies including 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority and escalate complex customer issues.
• Provide engineering guidance, mentor staff, and decide internal vs external work needs.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and documentation.
• Lead customer change initiatives, architecture, BOM/SOW input, and implementation leadership.
• Coordinate with NOC, CSP, SOC/MDR, and partners on projects.
• Engage with customers, present technical designs and risk assessments.
