Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to be based in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan territory. The Senior MSL will act as a field-based scientific expert, developing engagement plans and building strong relationships with key thought leaders and healthcare providers.

You will deliver objective, evidence-based information and support investigator-initiated studies, while staying current with evolving treatment

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree required; post-graduate experience preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant MSL experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong scientific and therapeutic area expertise with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific engagement plans for the territory aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Engage in high-quality scientific exchanges with KOLs/HCPs to identify trends and unmet needs.
• Cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs to advance credibility.
• Deliver data-tailored scientific discussions and support investigator-initiated studies.
