Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to be based in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan territory. The Senior MSL will act as a scientific leader, building relationships with KOLs and health care providers, and providing balanced, evidence-based medical information.
The role requires a Doctorate-level degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of MSL experience, with up to 70% travel across the territory.

- Doctorate level degree or equivalent with clinical/therapeutic experience.
- 2+ years of MSL experience with strong scientific background.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
- Engage in high-quality scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs to understand treatment landscapes.
- Identify and cultivate professional relationships to advance scientific credibility.
- Provide educational support and data translation for investigators and internal partners.
