Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison - Rheumatology to be based in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan territory. The Senior MSL acts as a field-based scientific expert, engaging with KOLs and HCPs to inform medical engagement and territory strategy.
You will evaluate emerging data, support investigator-initiated studies, and align with Medical Affairs priorities to advance patient care.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging KOLs and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory aligning with Medical Affairs strategy.
- Engage in high quality scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs to understand trends and unmet needs.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs to advance scientific credibility.
- Utilize insights to develop a strategic approach for customer engagements and identify opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance decision making and efficiency in core duties.
- Address provider educational needs with data-focused, balanced scientific discussions.
- Deliver relevant scientific data through clear dialogue and tailored presentations.
