Job summary

You will lead KOL/HCP relationships, support Takeda-sponsored research, and capture medical insights to inform strategies, operating in a compliant, cross-functional team environment. Expect travel and field-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
• Dissemination of complex scientific data to healthcare audiences.
• Clinical, research, and/or teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Execution of activities within legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• 2+ years of field-based MSL experience in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities (~80% of responsibilities).
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Interpret complex scientific data and disseminate in a compliant manner.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies.
• Collect and communicate medical insights to refine strategies.
• Identify partnerships between KOLs/HCPs and Takeda US Medical.
• Participate in medical strategy at conferences and meetings.
• Document activities in CRM and complete administrative duties.
