PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to exchange medical information with HCPs involved in myeloproliferative neoplasms. You will develop relationships with physicians and institutions, liaise between the scientific community and PharmaEssentia, and support both approved and in-development trials.

This remote role requires residence in the territory (OK, AR, KS, NE, MO, IA) and up to 70% travel. Base salary ranges from $230,000–$260,000 with incentives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP/DO).
• Travel up to 70% within territory to engage with HCPs and KOLs.
• 3+ years in a field medical/MSL role in hematology and/or oncology.
• Broad knowledge of medicine with focus in hematology/oncology.
• Experience planning and executing scientific studies and trials.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with thought-leaders.
• Strong product knowledge and scientific literacy; lead by example.
• Excellent writing and oral communication, including presentations.
• Strong networking, collaboration across teams, and project leadership.
• Adherence to regulatory and GCP guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Establish PharmaEssentia presence in the medical community.
• Identify and engage thought leaders and treatment advocates.
• Liaise with regional opinion leaders across diverse centers.
• Provide high-quality medical and scientific support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead medical education initiatives and support advisory boards.
• Manage studies ensuring alignment with medical and commercial objectives.
• Respond to information requests with factual, balanced medical information.
• Lead large conferences (ASH, ASCO, EHA) with impact.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in hematology/oncology and literature.
• Mentor colleagues and support process improvements.
• Document CRM and project plans; support strategic measures.
• Prepare abstracts for congresses; be a role model for the team.
