The role emphasizes building relationships with investigators and institutions, supporting trials, and ensuring compliant medical communications.

This is a remote position covering specific U.S. territories. The candidate should have an advanced degree and 3+ years of MSL experience, with travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a field medical/MSL role in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, or DO).
• Ability to travel up to 70% within a territory.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Establish PharmaEssentia presence in the medical community.
• Develop relationships with key thought leaders and treatment advocates.
• Support regional training courses and advisory boards with KOLs/ROLs.
