Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison to advance medical information exchange with healthcare professionals focused on myeloproliferative neoplasms. The role supports investigators and institutions while aligning studies with medical objectives and PEC policies.

Remote role; candidates must reside in the territory (MI, IN, OH, KY) and travel up to 70% to collaborate with KOLs and medical centers across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a field medical/MSL role in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Ability to travel up to 70% within a territory.
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with key thought-leaders.
• Knowledge in planning and execution of scientific studies and clinical trials.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a respectable PharmaEssentia presence in the medical community.
• Identify and develop relationships with the medical community, thought leaders, and treatment advocates.
• Liaise and support the development of key and regional opinion leaders within a broad customer segmentation (community clinics, IDNs, academic centers, etc.).
• Provide high quality medical and scientific support/communications to internal and external customers (e.g., advisory board meetings, regional training courses/workshops together with KOL/ROL).
• Lead medical education (disease statement, guidelines, and product information upon FDA approval).
• Manage studies and ensure that proposals are aligned with medical objectives within PharmaEssentia locally and globally.
