Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based MSL/Senior MSL in Oncology (Multiple Myeloma) covering the High Plains region. You will build expert scientific relationships with KOLs, present disease and product information, and support AbbVie's research and education initiatives across the product lifecycle.

Travel up to 75% is required. Ideal candidates hold an advanced scientific or medical degree and have 3+ years of relevant MSL experience, with strong communications and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Advanced degree required (PharmD/MD/DO/PhD/APP).
Typically requires 3 years of relevant experience for a Senior MSL.
Must be able to identify and translate territory needs to drive objectives.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Identify and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders and researchers.
Present scientific information to physicians, institutions, and healthcare professionals.
Support research initiatives and external collaborations; assist with investigator meetings.
Create awareness for AbbVie in new therapeutic areas and maintain cross-functional partnerships.
Serve as a medical resource to healthcare providers and respond to unsolicited questions.
Ensure compliance with policies and manage annual expenses within budget.
