Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based MSL to strategically support research and business objectives in a designated therapeutic area across the product life cycle. You will build professional relationships with healthcare professionals and provide comprehensive medical and scientific support for AbbVie initiatives in the assigned territory.

As a Senior MSL, you will present scientific information, collaborate with AbbVie R&D and Medical Affairs, and ensure access to current information for physicians

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for a Senior MSL.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders and researchers in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Present scientific information to healthcare professionals about disease states and AbbVie products.
• Support research initiatives and investigator-initiated projects.
• Educate and inform internal teams and external stakeholders about AbbVie's therapies.
