Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison for Obesity & Related Conditions in MN/ND. You will serve as a scientific resource, support research, and deliver balanced data to OLs and healthcare providers. This field-based role reports to MSL leadership and emphasizes compliant, evidence-based communication.

Responsibilities include engaging investigators, supporting congress activities, and mentoring other MSLs while maintaining current medical knowledge and relationships across the territory.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of Medical Affairs experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 6 years of Medical Affairs experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Medical Affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs, and healthcare providers.
• Execute medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership.
• Provide balanced clinical and scientific data to improve patient care.
• Support sponsored research and may lead studies.
• Lead projects and participate in congress activities as needed.
• Mentor other MSLs and ensure compliance with standards.
