Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison for Obesity & Related Conditions covering IA/NE/SD. In this field-based role, you will serve as the primary scientific resource for Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers, driving medical strategy and data exchange to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD/MD/DO or equivalent, with 2+ years in Medical Affairs, and experience in obesity or cardiometabolic areas.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s or Bachelor’s with Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience in obesity/cardiometabolic areas preferred.
• 2+ years in an MSL or related role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs, and other providers.
• Engage clinical investigators and sites to support obesity pipeline.
• Communicate scientific data to healthcare professionals with balanced, compliant information.
• Lead or participate in congress activities and speaker training as needed.
