Rapport Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison in Boston with epilepsy/neurology expertise.

The role centers on bridging external medical communities with internal teams, advancing evidence generation, and shaping Medical Affairs strategy through trusted scientific relationships. You will lead compliant scientific exchanges at conferences and with investigators, deliver presentations, and support launch readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline is required (PharmD/PhD/MD/DO/NP preferred).
• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3 years as an MSL.
• Epilepsy/neurology expertise and established network preferred.
• Strong ability to build credible peer-to-peer relationships and communicate complex data.

Aufgaben

• Build, maintain, and serve as a primary scientific contact for external stakeholders in the assigned geography.
• Conduct compliant, evidence-based scientific exchange on disease-state science, clinical data, safety, and treatment paradigms.
• Deliver high-quality scientific presentations to healthcare providers and internal teams; contribute to development of scientific materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Safety, Market Access, Commercial) to support launch planning and education initiatives.
• Escalate scientific, safety, or compliance issues through appropriate channels in a timely manner.
