Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to engage with medical thought leaders in neurology and epilepsy across the Florida/Georgia territory. This field-based role emphasizes scientific exchange, clinical support, and collaboration with Medical Affairs to advance product development.

The Sr MSL will develop territory plans, provide medical information, and support investigator-initiated trials, with 60–80% travel expected.

Qualifications

MS degree in scientific and/or medical discipline or equivalent.
MSL experience in epilepsy, neurology or cannabinoid science preferred.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical thought leaders.
Strong presentation and teaching skills in scientific contexts.
Willingness to travel 60–80% and work field-based.
Knowledge of US regulatory guidelines for interactions with HCPs is preferred.
Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders in neurology and epilepsy.
Develop territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
Collaborate across functions to maximize territory opportunities.
Communicate insights and data gaps from KOLs to relevant departments.
Participate in medical education through on-site presentations and meetings.
Provide scientific support to formulary committees and payers as needed.
Lead activities like medical congress staffing and advisory boards.
