Job summary

Rapport Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison to bridge external scientific communities with internal teams.

You will foster relationships with academic centers, investigators, and healthcare professionals across the assigned geography, discussing disease-state science and emerging evidence. You will generate field insights, inform medical strategy, and support lifecycle planning, ensuring compliant and effective scientific exchange.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline.
• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3 as an MSL.
• Epilepsy and/or neurology therapeutic area expertise and established network.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, medical communications.
• Demonstrated ability to build credible peer-to-peer relationships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; tailored communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a field territory.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% or more depending on geography.

Responsibilities

• Scientific Exchange & External Engagement with peer leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Provide compliant, evidence-based scientific exchange on disease-state science and data.
• Respond to inquiries related to clinical data and safety considerations.
• Represent Medical Affairs at conferences and regional meetings.
