Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities across the United States. This field-based role emphasizes building trusted relationships with investigators and stakeholders, delivering high-quality scientific exchange, and preparing sites for potential product adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (e.g., PharmD/MD/PhD).
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or field-based biotech/pharma roles.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent field operator with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to ~60–80% in a field-based role.
• Experience in neurology/CNS and market access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders for readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state and clinical data for ulixacaltimide.
• Educate clinical sites and providers for launch, including patient identification and treatment considerations.
• Synthesize field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify key opinion leaders and support scientific engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements, translating insights into actions.
• Maintain CNS/neurology expertise and apply to field strategy.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and Praxis SOPs.
