Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support prelaunch and launch activities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).
• Experience in medical affairs or field-based biotech/pharma roles.
• Ability to travel 60–80% in a field-based role.
• Experience in neurology/CNS preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical data into field insights for cross-functional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders to support prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.
• Educate clinical sites and healthcare providers for launch readiness and patient identification.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage KOLs and emerging influencers for advocacy and engagement plans.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain deep CNS expertise and monitor competition to refine field strategy.
• Ensure all field activities comply with regulatory requirements, GCP where applicable, and Praxis SOPs.
