Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) in CNS to engage local healthcare systems and stakeholders within an ecosystem-based model. You will deliver clinical, scientific and health economic information to physicians, payers and patient groups to improve outcomes.

You will contribute to regional medical strategy, coordinate field activities, and support clinical trials and medical education across CNS assets, traveling up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PharmD/PhD with relevant CNS/psychiatry clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in pharma medical affairs or equivalent.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate complex information concisely.
• Strong knowledge of industry legal, regulatory and compliance landscape.
• Ability to operate in a transforming environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders (KIs, LPLs, healthcare providers, patient groups) to support ecosystem goals.
• Provide clinical, scientific and health economic information about CNS products within the ecosystem.
• Contribute to regional business strategy aligned with local ecosystem needs.
• Coordinate field activities and disseminate disease state information to customers.
• Support clinical trials, health economics research, safety and medical education activities.
