Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) for CNS.

This field-based role will engage Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, and healthcare providers to advance the ecosystem approach and improve patient outcomes. You will develop regional medical strategies, provide clinical and health economic insights, and collaborate across market access, patient support, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master's with CNS clinical experience.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical medical affairs or related work.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry landscape.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects strategically.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, scientific, and health economic information on CNS diseases.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to customize regional medical strategies.
• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, and healthcare providers.
• Support clinical trials, including registrational and ISTs, and health economics studies.
• Deliver evidence-based insights to improve patient outcomes.
• Train promotional and disease-state speakers and coordinate field activities.
