Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) for the CNS portfolio. This field-based role engages Key Influencers, clinicians and patient groups to deliver scientific and medical information, supporting ecosystem-based care.

The MSL will collaborate with ecosystem partners to tailor regional medical strategies, cover multiple products when needed, and contribute to real-world evidence and economic analyses to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with the ability to lead teams.
• Ability to summarize and communicating complex information clearly.
• Experience in medical affairs or equivalent field.
• Comfort with presenting to varied audiences in a scientific setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders and clinicians within the CNS ecosystem to advance patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement ecosystem-based medical strategies in alignment with regional business plans.
• Build and sustain external relationships with scientific and medical stakeholders.
• Provide clinical, scientific and health economic information to support product utilization and decision making.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to execute field medical activities and trials.
