Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) in CNS to support an ecosystem-based engagement model.

The MSL will provide clinical, health economic, and evidence-based information to Key Influencers, local leaders, providers, and patient groups within the territory. In collaboration with ecosystem partners, the MSL will tailor regional Medical Affairs plans, oversee field activities, and contribute to trials, training, and speaker bureau efforts to improve

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD in life sciences or Master’s with equivalent CNS experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or related work experience.
• Ability to operate in an evolving, ambiguous environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects strategically.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, providers, and patient groups to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to regional medical strategies and deliver clinical and health economic information.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to address customer needs and execute field activities.
• Provide clinical insights to inform trials, safety, and educational programs.
• Participate in speaker bureau activities and training for medical education.
