Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an AVP-level MSF Enterprise Enablement leader to drive client enablement for Synchrony MultiSource Financing capabilities. You will own enablement across multiple workstreams, partnering with IT, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Credit, Commercial and Core Distribution to ensure flawless execution.

You will provide program leadership, governance, and a clear escalation path, guiding agile teams toward on-time delivery while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 6 years in marketing or financial services.
• 4+ years in project management, product management, and/or technical enablement.
• 3+ years of financial services experience; ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager/Subject Matter Expert for MSF enablement across client and enterprise.
• Coordinate MSF enablement across multiple agile teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Credit and Marketing.
• Provide governance, leadership updates to senior leaders and drive continuous improvement.
