Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 6 years of marketing or product experience
• 4+ years in project management, product management, and/or technical enablement
• 3+ years of financial services experience
• Ability to travel for business as required
• Experience launching new products or applications with measurable business impact
• Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager/Subject Matter Expert for MSF enablement across client programs
• Lead coordination, execution, testing, and delivery of MSF enablement
• Own and oversee MSF enablement strategy with aligned agile teams
• Coordinate system requirement processes (MFA/passwords) with IT and data teams
• Support MSF enablement across company-hosted and third-party environments
