Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an AVP-level Enterprise MSF Enablement Leader to drive client enablement of Synchrony MultiSource Financing capabilities across hosted and partner environments. This role partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Credit, Commercial, and Core Distribution to ensure flawless execution while expanding MSF in the market.

The position requires strong project/program management, technical enablement knowledge, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of marketing or product experience in the credit card or financial services industries.
• 4+ years project management, product management, and/or technical enablement experience with launching products or applications and measurable impact.
• 3+ years experience in financial services and ability to influence across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager/Subject Matter Expert for technical, business and customer experience aspects of client MSF enablement.
• Lead coordination, execution, testing, and delivery of client MSF enablement across the enterprise.
• Own MSF enablement strategy, align agile teams, remove roadblocks, ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide leadership and escalation point for issues across workstreams.
• Develop and manage project plans with sponsors, champions, and senior management.
