You will lead design sessions, work with business teams, and implement CRM features using plugins, reports, and integrations, including Power BI and data factory. The role demands hands-on CRM expertise, strong communication, and leadership in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics CRM with plugins and workflows.
• Experience creating OOB and custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
• Configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (Entities, Workflows and configuration).
• Dynamics CRM Entities , workflows , configurations , customization development , integrations development.
• CRM functional areas in Sales Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality
• Core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
• Expertise with PowerBI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong understanding of CRM security model, CRM deployment methods
• Experience of working as CRM Developer for at least 2 implementation projects/cycles
• Experience integrating CRM using web services (rest/soap) and messaging (NServiceBus)
• Expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts.
• Knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development
