Tekgence Inc. is seeking a Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect to drive solution design and delivery from Malvern, PA. You’ll lead CRM initiatives across Sales and Services with emphasis on data modeling, integrations, and cloud/on-premise patterns. Strong expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, and ALM is required.

Qualifications

Hands-on implementation/consulting in Dynamics CRM Online with on-premise integrations.
Strong expertise in Dataverse and Power Platform tools.
Experience designing data models, migrations and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design for Dynamics CRM across Sales/Service modules.
Develop plugins, JS and Power Automate flows for complex processes.
Model data and integrate CRM with cloud/on-premise systems.
Oversee ALM, deployments and production support for CRM solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders in an agile delivery model.
