Job summary
Themesoft Inc in Malvern, PA is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead/Architect with hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, and Power Platform. You will guide architecture, integrations, and data migration while engaging stakeholders and leading solution workshops.
Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of experience, strong PL-600/PL-200 or AB-100 knowledge, and the ability to drive ALM and deployments in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online and its modules.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse data model and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and ALM.
- Experience with data migration and CRM deployments.
- Familiarity with Azure AI/Copilot features is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design with stakeholders.
- Create high-level technical and integration designs for CRM.
- Conduct solution workshops and design sessions.
- Develop CRM solutions using Dataverse, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
- Design CRM integrations with cloud and on-prem systems.
- Lead large-scale data migration and manage CRM environments.
- Support ALM, deployments, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate in an Agile delivery framework.
