Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group seeks an Expert-Level Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to lead advanced modeling and analytical efforts for critical NGA missions. You will guide architectures, performance assessments, and data-driven decisions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments while mentoring engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of experience in government or industry programs with large System of Systems, SOA, and cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience in cloud environments and NSG/ASG or NGA/IC/DoD programs is highly desirable.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling, simulation, and analysis activities for NGA mission objectives.
• Develop and apply complex models, analytical tools, and algorithms for large-scale data environments.
• Assess architectures, system performance, and trade studies for current and emerging capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior MS&A Engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system and data requirements.
