Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking an Expert-Level Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to support critical NGA missions. You will lead modeling, simulation, and analytical activities for large-scale System of Systems environments, guiding data-driven decisions and optimizing performance across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.

You will mentor engineering teams while collaborating with stakeholders, analysts, and mission partners to define data requirements and deploy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related STEM field.
18+ years of experience in large, complex System of Systems environments with government/DoD/IC exposure.
Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility with polygraph.
Experience developing and utilizing tools within cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Lead MS&A activities supporting NGA missions and business objectives.
Develop and apply models, simulations, and analytical tools for large-scale data environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior MS&A Engineers.
Evaluate architectures, requirements, and system performance to inform decisions.
