Job summary

Coretek Services is seeking a Level 3 Managed Services Engineer focused on Microsoft platforms to deliver advanced technical support, manage Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, and Autopilot, and optimize IT infrastructure for reliability.

You will work with Level 1/2 teams, design recovery strategies, implement MFA, and contribute to DevOps practices while staying current with Microsoft technologies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent professional technology certifications in IT.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft-based systems and Office 365 suite.
Strong communication and analytical skills; self-starter with time management.

Responsibilities

Provide escalated technical support for Microsoft-based systems and services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to enrollment, provisioning, and performance.
Design, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery for Microsoft environments.
Collaborate with Level 1/2 teams to resolve issues promptly and document work.
Lead and participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and DevOps initiatives.
