Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks an MRI Tech II to perform advanced MRI procedures, applying evolving imaging techniques while enforcing safety and implant protocols.

You will work under radiology supervision, provide compassionate care to patients with claustrophobia, and ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety in a clinical MRI department. The role requires independent judgment, knowledge of MRI physics and tissue interactions, and strict adherence to safety screening

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT MRI certification is required.
• Two years MRI experience preferred; advanced MRI certification and BLS certification required for licensed staff.
• Knowledge of MRI safety, biological effects, and handling patients with implants is mandatory.
• All staff must pass safety screening, especially regarding electronic or magnetic implants.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced MRI scans, adapt to new imaging technologies, enforce safety standards, and assist patients with claustrophobia.
• Operate independently within the MRI department, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
