Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or recognized MRI certification is required.
• 3-4 years of MRI experience with proficiency in all protocols.
• ARMRIT or ARRT (MRI) certification required; BLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment, select technical factors, and administer contrast when indicated.
• Maintain safety, screen and position patients, and support comfort.
• Participate in QA, training, and phantom testing for quality assurance.
• Manage supplies, document procedures, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Transport and prepare patients, verify orders, and process images for interpretation.
• Provide patient education and ensure respectful communication.
