Job summary

Qualis LLC is actively seeking a Systems Engineer for the Mid Range Capability (MRC) team within the STRIKE Project office. The role focuses on requirements development, including new CDD incorporation, traceability, and verification, plus authoring specifications and system documents such as the Systems Engineering Plan.

You will lead risk management, MBSE and MOSA efforts while ensuring compliance with PEO policies and acquisition guidance. Some travel and a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting engineering for production and production planning in a major defense acquisition program office or OEM.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of systems engineering processes and procedures as it pertains to weapon systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and define system requirements
• Provide support to technical evaluations on contractor proposals
• Develop and present briefings and reports to government customer
