Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Mid Range Capability (MRC) team within the STRIKE Project office in Huntsville, AL. You will lead requirements development, ensuring traceability and verification, and author system specifications and plans.

You will drive MBSE, MOSA efforts, and adhere to DoD guidance. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, supporting supplier evaluations, and delivering briefings to the government customer.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting engineering for production and production planning in a major defense program
• Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering processes for weapon systems
• Willingness to travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Review and define system requirements
• Provide support to technical evaluations on contractor proposals
• Develop and present briefings and reports to government customer
