Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in quality, ability to read airplane coordinates, RCCA understanding, and production/assembly knowledge. A can-do attitude and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in quality management.
• Ability to read/write airplane coordinates.
• Understanding of RCCA and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of production and assembly processes.
• Independent work ethic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate quality nonconformances per QMS and contracts.
• Verify customer requirements for dispositioning nonconformances as MRB member.
• Determine dispositions: as-is, rework/repair, or discrepancies.
• Audit MRB crib inventory and ensure compliance actions.
• Maintain quality notification records to prevent aging.
