Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service MR/CT imaging equipment in the Orange County and Southern California region. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision, delivering timely repairs and operator training for optimal system performance.

The role includes managing customer relationships, achieving revenue and expense targets, and maintaining company assets such as a company car, cell phone, and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will service MR/CT imaging equipment in the Orange County & Southern CA region.
• You will install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• You will deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• You will manage territory finances, revenue, expenses, and inventory.
