Victor Insurance is seeking a Senior Underwriter to help launch and grow a new Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) program. You will underwrite complex professional liability risks, shape appetite and guidelines, and build a sustainable growth trajectory with brokers and internal partners.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with actuarial, claims, legal, operations and product teams, mentor junior staff, and influence product design and workflow as the program

Qualifications

• Underwrite complex professional liability risks within authority.
• Evaluate submissions with financials, loss runs, and contracts.
• Develop MPL appetite, guidelines, and pricing strategy.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and data quality.
