Qualifications

• 5+ years of E&O underwriting experience.
• Proven success in building agency relationships and driving profitable growth.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, pricing, and coverage analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites E&O risks and grows profitable business with wholesale partners.
• Develops territory and distribution plans to expand production.
• Maintains relationships with wholesale brokers to drive new business.
• Reviews portfolio metrics and market opportunities for growth.
• Manages assigned E&O portfolio to meet GWP, profitability, and retention goals.
• Collaborates with internal partners to implement profit-improvement initiatives.
