• 5+ years of E&O underwriting experience.
• Proven success in building agency relationships and driving profitable growth.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, pricing, and coverage analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and grow profitable E&O business for wholesale distribution partners.
• Establishes and executes territory and distribution plans to expand production and profitability.
• Develops strong relationships with wholesale brokers and distribution partners.
• Manage an assigned E&O portfolio to achieve GWP, profitability, retention, and growth.
• Collaborates with internal partners to drive portfolio and profit improvements.
