At-Bay, the world's first InsurSec provider, seeks an Underwriter / Senior Underwriter, MPL to grow its MPL portfolio by underwriting new and renewal business and by building strong broker partnerships.

You will evaluate professional liability exposures, collaborate with product, actuarial, claims, and tech teams to refine appetite and pricing, and contribute to scalable underwriting practices in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting MPL or E&O or closely related specialty lines.
• Ability to evaluate risks, pricing, and terms with sound judgment.
• Strong broker relationship and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite new and renewal MPL business with attention to exposure and financials.
• Negotiate coverage, pricing, limits, and terms with brokers.
• Grow a profitable book while managing portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve underwriting processes.
• Represent the company at broker meetings and industry events.
