Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment offers, ensure accuracy of details, routing, and program information.
• Ensure compliance with government tenders, CHAMP requirements, and reporting standards.
• Investigate and resolve service failures and vendor performance concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on staffing, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
